Hello all you diligent students,

Please select a short story from one of the site links given, or from another source, if desired. Check with me for suitability, and then read the text for next lesson. In this lesson we will discuss the contents of the story in brief and I shall provide you with a list of questions as an assignment for the following week. Come prepared to summarise your chosen short story.

I'm planning to encourage my fourth year vwo students to find and read some short stories (authors at my discretion!) and then, as a follow-up assignment, to write their own versions at a later stage. The lesson plans are in my documents' file.
